Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We offer free First Class shipping to USA and Canada via U.S. Postal Service for orders over $20.00 (US Dollars). Shipping times quoted are shipping times only and do not include order processing time.

Optional Shipping Insurance
Optional Shipping Insurance covers lost shipments or shipments damaged in transit. We recommend insurance for your order. This will add $1.20 to orders under $100. For orders $100 and up, an additional fifty cents per $100 will be added. Please report lost or damaged shipments immediately.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Insurance does not cover incorrect addresses. Please make sure your address is complete and accurate. Lost Packages due to an incorrect shipping address will not be replaced, unless the package is returned. If we receive the package back, additional postage is required before we will re-ship the package. If the lost/returned package is our fault, it will be replaced and reshipped at our expense. NO REFUNDS will be given on lost or returned packages if it was not our fault.

Returns
Because of the nature of magic you are not just buying a prop or a toy, but a secret. Even if you return the item purchased, we cannot take back the secret from you. We have done our best to describe each item. Please read the descriptions very carefully before making your final selections. We stand behind all of our products and will repair or replace any defective items, however we will not offer refunds for products purchased.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns accepted.

Shipping with US Postal Service
We strongly recommend shipping by FedEx. We have experienced a high percentage of lost packages with the US Post Office lately. Lost orders can take up to 90 days to resolve. If you have to have it, please use FedEx. We have found the U.S. Post Office to be unreliable. Uninsured packages shipped by the U.S. Post Office are at YOUR own risk.
